Travel Trailer Rentals |

All of our Travel Trailers have the following STANDARD OPTIONS: Awning, Scissor leveling jacks, Heat & A/C, fully self contained w/fresh water, gray water & black water tanks. Master bedrooms w/Queen beds. Kitchen—stove/oven range, microwave, refrigerator & freezer, counter-space & full sink. Lots of storage cabinets & closets inside & out. Couch converts to full bed or twin bed, dinette table converts to twin bed (except in 19’ t.t. w/slide-out), (19’ t.t. couch converts to a twin and twin overhead bunk bed, 26’ and 30’ t.t. has 2 single bunk beds in the rear). Entertainment center with AM/FM Stereo (w/optional CD & tape player) w/speakers throughout. Bathrooms– Toilet, Shower/Tub, Sink & Vanity w/cabinet.
Technical Information: The lights & water pump run off of the house battery or electric, the refrigerator/freezer runs off of LP Gas or electric/generator, the stove/oven, water heater & furnace runs off of LP Gas, A/C runs off of electric/generator only. Electrical hook-ups or a generator with a minimum of 30 Amps of service is needed to run the A/C, microwave or anything plugged into the outlets. We do have a 4200 Watt Generator available to Rent for $50 per night (an additional $300 refundable security deposit is required for the generator).
Towing Information . . . š Dry weight of the each unit may vary. The tow rating for the tow vehicle must be approved prior to making a reservation. Any 1/2 ton pick-up truck or larger with an electric break controller is fully capable of towing any of our travel trailers, except the 30' Dutchmen with slide-out (which needs a 3/4 ton truck). Low-Rider trucks are too low to the ground to tow any of our travel trailers. Please call our office for tow ratings on your vehicle, if needed. š The tow vehicle must have a Standard 2" Square Hitch Receiver (Class 2 hitch or better) that is frame-mounted. We do provide the complete hitch package with the 2 5/16” ball, ball mount, equalizer & sway controller bars with all of the travel trailer rentals. š The tow vehicle will need to have a Round 7-prong Bargman wiring connector (see the diagram below, in the left column). Conversion adapters are available at most Auto Parts stores, Walmart, Camping World or U-Haul stores. š The tow vehicle must have Liability Auto Insurance Coverage that extends from the back of the truck to the end of the trailer (this info. is verified at time of reservation). At departure, a copy of the Tow Vehicle’s Insurance I.D. Card will be made. The renters name must match the name on the insurance card or be listed as an additional driver. While being towed, the travel trailer may not be occupied by passengers. š The tow vehicle must have an electric break controller. Please call for details.
There is flat one-time ROAD READY FEE of $150.00 on all Travel Trailers Rentals for the following services: 2 Full Tanks of Propane, a full tank of fresh water, chemicals & toilet paper, maintenance, sanitation, & preparation of the unit before & after your rental. |
